Still on the second printing, although the third is not too far away.

Is it B/X? Chances are I've blogged about it! Echoes from the Geekcave

But what really does this mean? A few weeks, a few months, a year or so? I'm not in the know, but I would reckon that a 3rd print is still a some time off (that meaning 6+ months away at least).

That, to me, is a very good sign.

Really?! I'm actually quite surprised to hear that myself, but I have no complaints mind you. I wonder if the 2nd print run was smaller then the first? hmm. 3rd printing, while not as "important" in my mind as the 2nd printing, still will have me buy. If it's one thing I'm a stickler for is eratta.

Oh yeah, and bring on that fantastic sounding C&C basic box!!!

We're just building our way to the 3.5 printing, where the covers will be brown...

;) Just kidding.

A third printing is good! May the crusade continue to grow!

Nope. Bout the same size actually. It just sold a lot faster. Might have something to do with the genius layout person who labored long nights to refine the presentation? :)

I suspect that the more printings are done, the faster they will sell simply due to product availability and the spread of the game.

There may be a few minor cosmetic changes, but all in the spirit of better presentation. ^_^

Well whomever this gentleman is deserves a friggin' pat on the back -or- a keg of spirits... just based on the improvements from the 1st print to the 2nd. And should the 3rd print run be equally as impressive (gotta get those bugs), I'll personally slap the hell out of him and buy him that well deserved keg!

Can someone say how big the first two print runs were? Just a ballpark figure would be nice to know.

Shouldn't errata also be hosted on TLG site? Just a suggestion... :)

I have a guess as to how many books were printed, not counting box sets and the collector's set... but I don't know if Steve wants numbers flying about. However, a third print is a good sign, and I'm very glad to hear the 2nd print M&T is on the way sometime... soonish.

I'm fairly certain that this dagnabit collector will pick up a 3rd print copy! Image
